• Production process:
• We import NZ pine wood for making solid wood sleigh baby cots with drawer.The material used for cots must experience secondary operation.We use machine to cunduct these processes,including cutting,sanding,polishing,etc.The material will be cut in suitable shape and then sanded for at least two times to make it smooth with no edges and corners.Artificial process is necessary after machining because we put emphasis on every detail.The painting process is especially exquisite because we bring in static painting which means NON-TOXIC and high efficiency.
