• Production process:
• We import NZ pine wood for making pine wood luxury baby cots .The material used for cots must experience secondary operation.We use machine to conduct these processes,including cutting,sanding,polishing,etc.The material will be cut in suitable shape and then sanded for at least two times to make it smooth with no edges and corners.Artificial process is necessary after machining because we put emphasis on every detail.The whole process of polishing includes four times of artificial and four times of machanical.The painting process is especially exquisite because we bring in static painting and  Waterbornepaint  which means NON-TOXIC and high efficiency.The painting process includes two times primer and two times finish coating.

• Packaging & Delivery

    We disassemble our pine wood luxury baby cots before packaging,and then package every part respectively.The package is very compact.We promise to delivery goods in 15 days.
